Reed and Leslie did a fantastic job selling our home. The inclusion of staging and short-term storage to de-clutter our home and make it really show well was a huge plus! Additionally he was very detail-oriented, we didn't need to go over the same things multiple times. He kept the buyer and buyer's agent on task as well, and we seldom had to follow up to make sure things were getting done and we were staying on schedule. Reed also helped us with being familiar with services in the area to help with minor repairs after inspection, and locate moving help in a pinch when a moving company cancelled on us the day before closing! As we were sitting at closing, my wife and I were baffled that other realtors can hold the same title and make the same amount on the sale of your home when they don't work nearly as hard as Reed and his team. I don't think you could find a more dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor and would recommend Reed and his team without reservation.

He then staged the house so beautifully that it was better than we expected. After listing the house on a Friday, we had so much interest that he made the decision to not accept offers that day. He advised us to allow interested people to give a last and final offer at noon the following Monday. We ended up receiving multiple offers over asking price. This process basically ended the back and forth of negotiating. We feel that with Reeds knowledge and experience he made this process so much easier than expected not to mention profitable.
