About Alex

Alex has been involved with real estate as a licensee since 2007, serving as a sales agent in Chicago, Illinois. While working full-time in the non-profit sector, he started his first real estate investment company in 2013 purchasing buy & hold rental properties. He has purchased, renovated, resold and/or rented over 35 properties and transacted over 100 real estate deals in excess of 16 million dollars with an average sales price of $140,000. In 2019, Alex began working full-time in the real estate industry in the Pittsburgh region as licensed sales agent and Realtor. He is a multi-million dollar producer and an active Real Estate Investor. He enjoys helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. He brings a wealth of experience in understanding market conditions, property values, repairs and renovations, and real estate investment analysis and consulting. In 2023, he started his own private equity company, NOTA Capital, LLC. It partners with investors to purchase safe and secure single-family homes designed for long-term cashflow and capital growth.
